Description
The City of Trenton is seeking a certified recycling coordinator to provide recycling coordinator coverage and certified recycling services for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional year. The selected candidate will be required to have experience in designing roads in accordance with NJDOT criteria and administering Local Aid projects. They must also have knowledge of New Jersey recycling regulations, grant compliance procedures, scrap tire disposal regulations, and municipal recycling program administration. The candidate will be required to provide professional liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.
Some key requirements for the proposal include:
• Proof of Certified Recycling Professional (CRP) designation recognized by NJDEP
• Resume and qualifications
• Experience with New Jersey municipalities
• Proposed fee schedule (hourly and/or lump sum)
• References from at least three (3) municipalities
The City of Trenton reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Trenton.
