IT Advisory, Assessment, Verification and Validation - Consulting Services

This solicitation seeks to establish one or more statewide ID/IQ contracts for the State of Arizona to provide IT advisory, assessment, verification, and validation consulting and research services. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle, with a base term of 36 months and optional extensions up to five years. Offerors must submit firm‑fixed pricing, meet extensive insurance and compliance requirements, and may be required to provide subscription‑based research access. The work can be ordered by any eligible Arizona agency on a task‑order basis, with no minimum volume, and requires strict adherence to Arizona’s information‑security policies (GovRAMP, NIST, HIPAA). • Provide unbiased market research, technology trend analysis, vendor assessments, and spend‑pricing intelligence. • Deliver IV&V services including risk assessments, quarterly interviews, verification of deliverables, and final lessons‑learned reports. • Offer subscription‑based IT research database services (white papers, webinars, analyst access) with tiered user licensing.
