Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 1 calendar with multiple destinations. The calendar will have 24 text pages and a separate wraparound cover, and will be printed in four-color process with some type reversing out to appear white. The contractor will be required to provide proofs, and the final product must meet the assigned quality level. The contractor will also be responsible for packing and shipping the calendars to 33 different California destinations.
• The calendar will have a trim size of 14 x 11" and will be printed on JCP Code L12, No. 2 Gloss-Coated Cover, and JCP Code A182, No. 2 Gloss-Coated Text.
• The contractor will be required to provide a cost for additional calendars.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all proofs made are a direct representation of the electronic files.
• The contractor will be required to notify the ordering agency and the GPO of the actual delivery date and provide tracking information.
