Inspection and Maintenance of City Stormwater Facilities

The City of Gaithersburg Department of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Services Division (ENV Services) is seeking a qualified contractor to inspect, maintain, and repair City-maintained stormwater management infrastructure. The contractor must have experience in Federal, State, and local City municipality laws and environmental codes. The contractor will be required to provide qualified personnel, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals to perform the work. • The contract is a firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity, unit-price contract. • The contractor must follow all terms and conditions specified in the solicitation and the resulting contract. • The contractor must ensure the highest quality of work by providing qualified, experienced personnel trained in stormwater management infrastructure service, inspection, maintenance, and repair. • The contractor must be familiar with the City's sediment, wastewater, and solid waste disposal requirements.
