PWP CL-2026-230) Addendum 4 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - ARFF STATION IMPROVEMENTS AT LAS

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) facility at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes demolition of the existing ARFF building, construction of a new ARFF facility, and miscellaneous site improvements. The project is subject to federal provisions, including the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action, and Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price. The bidder must also comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs.
