Description
The Cherokee Nation seeks a qualified vendor to plan, staff, and operate parking facilities for the Cherokee National Holiday Pow Wow. The contractor must provide comprehensive parking management across multiple sites, demonstrate prior experience with similarly sized events, supply required insurance, and comply with tribal drug‑free and tobacco‑free workplace policies. Proposals are evaluated on experience, references, staff capabilities, cost, and Indian preference. The base contract runs through September 8 2026 with an optional renewal through September 30 2029.
• Provide full‑service parking management (planning, staffing, traffic control, ticketing) for multiple event sites.
• Submit cost breakdown by site on a monthly basis and evidence of at least three comparable projects.
• Meet insurance limits (Workers’ Comp, General Liability $1M, Automobile $300K) and TERO certification if seeking Indian preference.
