COBRA DANE Recompete Follow-On

The United States Space Force is seeking information from contractors capable of performing the follow-on contract to the COBRA DANE Radar Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) Services Contract. The contract will provide non-personal services to manage, operate, maintain and sustain the COBRA DANE radar system at optimum performance levels. The contractor will provide operations and support of site equipment and facilities, depot spares management, logistic support, and Depot Maintenance Support Activity (DMSA). The contract will also include scope for on-equipment Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance, off-equipment evaluation and troubleshooting maintenance services, operations support services, and more. • The contractor shall operate the COBRA DANE system twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. • The contractor shall staff the Operations Center on a continuous basis to ensure all operational requirements are satisfied. • The contractor shall have at least two Operations Center qualified personnel at the radar site at all times. • The contractor shall report performance of the COBRA DANE AN/FPS-108 radar and associated systems in the System Performance Report.
