Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a contractor to provide detailed design engineering, specification development, project management, equipment installation, concrete work, construction services, equipment commissioning, training, and procurement of a 5-Ton Electric Arc furnace and necessary supporting equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for the demolition and removal of the existing 5-Ton Arc furnace.
• The contractor must have experience in supplying or offering for sale this type of equipment to industry for other than its own use.
• The contractor must provide a Statement of Work (SOW) that captures all the elements of the Request for Proposal (RIPD).
• The contractor must submit a firm fixed price for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) on this solicitation.
• The contractor must submit prices on a FOB Destination basis, with the ship-to location being Rock Island, IL 61299.
• The contractor must provide a completed Price Matrix as part of the proposal.
