25 Bed Transitional Housing - Male & Female

The Central Alabama Veteran Healthcare System (CAVHCS) is seeking sources for a 25-bed transitional housing facility for male and female homeless eligible veterans. The facility will provide amenities and access to medical, substance abuse, mental health, rehabilitative, and employment placement services. The contract is a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with five pricing periods. The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and meet the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must provide transitional housing and amenities for homeless eligible veterans. • The contractor must facilitate access to a broad range of medical, substance abuse, mental health, rehabilitative, and employment placement services. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and meet the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • The contractor must be registered with the Veterans Certification Program (VetBiz) if claiming SDVOSB or VOSB status. • The area of performance is within a 15-mile radius of the Central Alabama Veteran Healthcare System (CAVHCS) in Montgomery, Alabama.
