Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to provide one refrigerated (reefer) box and one freezer box, along with monthly maintenance services, in accordance with a detailed Statement of Work. The requirement includes delivery, certification, and ongoing support for the equipment, with data reporting obligations (technical manuals, certification reports, and personnel rosters) to be submitted via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The contract will likely be a long‑term rental arrangement, requiring the contractor to manage equipment condition, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergency repair needs.
• Provide one refrigerator (reefer) box and one freezer box as specified in the SOW.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance on both units.
• Supply required technical documentation (manuals, certification data, personnel rosters).
• Submit all data and reports through WAWF in the format required by the contract.
• Serve as the emergency repair point of contact for the equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is delivered and installed per contract specifications.
