Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to provide, install, and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems for Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The effort includes procurement and installation of two new Eaton‑type UPS units, semi‑annual preventive maintenance on four existing UPS units, and 24/7 on‑site emergency support with a 12‑hour response window. The contract is a small‑business set‑aside (WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB) and is structured as a base year with four one‑year options, for a total potential performance period of five years. Deliveries must occur between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2027, with the first delivery by 30 Sep 2026. Billing is quarterly in arrears.
