Columbus Avenue CUL-DE-SAC

The City of Meriden is inviting bids for the construction of a cul-de-sac at the south end of Columbus Avenue, as well as a short multi-use path between Columbus Avenue and Marina Court. The project includes the removal of existing pavement, regrading, and constructing a 48’ radius cul-de-sac and an 8’ wide stone dust multi-use path. • The project is anticipated to commence in Spring of 2026. • The project plans are titled “New Multi-Use Path and Cul-De-Sac, 380 Columbus Ave, Meriden CT 06450“ and are dated June 18, 2025. • The project includes heavy construction services, public square construction, park and garden construction, sidewalk construction and repair, gravel or dirt road construction, and infrastructure building and surfacing and paving services.
