The Department of Water Resources seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive printing and reproduction services for its engineering and planning documents. The work includes large‑format color and black‑white printing on 20‑lb coated white bond, collating, stapling, binding of up to 5,000 sets, scanning of large‑format drawings, and same‑day or next‑day pickup/delivery. Bidders must be located within 25 mi of 715 P. St, Sacramento, and must submit a detailed price schedule for each print size and service. The contract is for three years with optional extension years and includes preference incentives for small‑business and DVBE participation.
