Description
The State of North Carolina, through the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) at Cherry Hospital in Goldsboro, is soliciting proposals from qualified banking or financial institutions to provide, lease, and operate an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) on the hospital campus. The contract will be a minimum three‑year lease with optional renewal periods, and the selected vendor must submit a flat‑rate annual rental amount for year 1, with a minimum 2 % increase in subsequent years. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline; paper, email, or fax submissions are not accepted. Evaluation criteria include the attractiveness of the rental offer, the proposer’s ability to operate the ATM, financial capacity, and overall public interest considerations.
