Description
The State of Minnesota, Natural Resources Department, is seeking bids for 560 bags of Flexterra HP-FGM or approved comparable hydro mulch for bank stabilization on stream maintenance projects. The Contractor must be able to provide the hydro mulch listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
• The term of this contract is anticipated to be from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.
• The State desires open and fair competition.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received.
• The State reserves the right to award this solicitation to a single responder, or to multiple responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State.
• The State will notify all responders in writing of the selection results.
