Chiller Maintenance Services

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), chiller, central plant, scheduled preventative maintenance services. The services will be performed at over 80 buildings in four regions: Central, Eastern, Western, and Northwestern. The contractor will be required to have a current C20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Contractors license and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations. The contractor must also have a current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 608 technician certification. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional years. • The contractor will be required to perform scheduled preventative maintenance services on HVAC and chiller systems. • The contractor will be required to have a current C20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Contractors license and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must also have a current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 608 technician certification. • The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional years. • The County reserves the right to add or delete equipment from the contract.
