Santa Rosa County Administration Building Green Infrastructure

The Santa Rosa County Administration Building Green Infrastructure project involves the construction of upgrades to the existing stormwater treatment system using green infrastructure. The project includes the installation of tree boxes, biofiltration systems, and permeable surfaces throughout the 8.6-acre Santa Rosa County Administrative Complex. The project has 100% fully designed and engineered plans, and a federal grant has been awarded to be applied toward this project. The contractor will be responsible for clearing and grubbing, structure removal, pollution control, construction surveys, mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, and other related tasks. • The project requires the contractor to provide a bid price based on the plans and specifications. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, county and municipal ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and certification of authority to do business in the state of Florida. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the federal grant agreement. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing table, including unit costs and total costs for each item. • The contractor must provide a list of proposed subcontractors, if applicable. • The contractor must provide any additional attachments or documentation required by the solicitation.
