CMAR Central Fire Station

The City of Bedford, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the new Central Fire Station project. The selected CMAR will assist the City with cost estimating and schedule during the design phase and construct the project thereafter as General Contractor. The project involves the construction of a new Central Fire Station located at 2121 L. Don Dodson Drive, Bedford, Texas 76021. • The CMAR will be selected through a one-step process consisting of proposal submission and possible interview. • The project is estimated to have a budget of $17,000,000. • The CMAR will be responsible for performing functions designated by the City under Chapter 2269, Subchapter 4, Government Code. • The project requires the CMAR to have experience in construction management services and building construction.
