Equipment Division Office Roof and HVAC Replacement

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the removal of the current roof and the purchase of materials for and installation of a complete two-ply hybrid roof system with a 30-year warranty, as well as the purchase of materials for and installation of a new HVAC system. The successful vendor will be required to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the construction services. The project plans and specifications are attached to the solicitation. Key requirements include: • The vendor must have successfully completed at least five projects that involved work similar to that described in the specifications. • The vendor must provide a payment allocation schedule that allocates the entire contract sum to payment milestones. • The vendor must achieve substantial completion by 9 months from the project start date and final completion by 10 months from the project start date. • The vendor must comply with the state's security protocol and procedures. • The vendor must designate a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the vendor's responsibilities under the contract.
