Description
The State of South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking bids for a complete Livescan Plus solution—including new server/message‑switch hardware, laptops, barcode readers, digital camera, PVC ID‑card printer with magnetic‑stripe capability, software integration, on‑site installation, training, and a one‑year warranty. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder and covers eight (8) identical sets to be delivered and installed at the SCDC headquarters in Columbia. The award will be posted shortly after the bid opening, with performance required within 30 days of the purchase order.
• Provide eight full Livescan Plus hardware/software packages (servers, laptops, readers, cameras, printers).
• Ensure full integration with existing SCDC backend, SLED AFIS, FBI/RISC, and Offender Management System.
• Deliver on‑site installation, training, and 24/7 warranty support for one year.
