The Narragansett Bay Commission is seeking a single, new‑condition, double‑conversion (online) UPS unit for its Bucklin Point Wastewater Treatment Facility. The vendor must supply, deliver, and provide a one‑year manufacturer warranty for a 10 kVA/10 kW UPS that meets detailed performance, battery, and monitoring specifications. No installation, start‑up, or commissioning services are required; the contract is awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
• Supply and deliver a 10 kVA/10 kW double‑conversion UPS (APC Symmetra LX, model SYA8K16PXR or equivalent).
• Must meet performance specs: ≥ 94 % efficiency, THD ≤ 5 %, input PF ≥ 0.98, 22‑minute full‑load battery runtime, modular hot‑swappable design.
• Provide manufacturer data sheets, a minimum one‑year warranty, and a single total price (no line‑item breakdown).
• Bids must be submitted sealed (original + copy) before the opening on 10 Aug 2026; technical questions due 01 Oct 2026.
