Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Maintenance Services

The City of Grants Pass is seeking a contractor to provide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) maintenance services for the municipal water and wastewater systems on an as-needed, on-call basis. The selected contractor will be expected to provide hardware and software support, programming and system troubleshooting, installation of software and hardware revisions, and phone support. The contractor will also be required to provide non-emergency on-site support within 24 hours of being notified by the City and emergency on-site support within 8 hours of notification. The contract is expected to start on January 2, 2026, and expire on July 1, 2030, unless extended by mutual agreement. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing SCADA maintenance services for the municipal water and wastewater systems • Providing hardware and software support on an as-needed, on-call basis • Performing programming and system troubleshooting • Installing software and hardware revisions • Providing phone support and non-emergency on-site support • Providing emergency on-site support within 8 hours of notification • Working with City staff to identify and address any issues with the SCADA system
