The City of Coconut Creek is seeking a licensed General Contractor to fully renovate its Fleet Building (4900 West Copans Rd). The scope includes structural hardening, roof replacement, new lightning protection, solar array installation, impact‑rated doors and windows, removal of cupolas, interior finishes, HVAC and electrical upgrades, mezzanine replacement, fire‑truck bay modifications, fence installation, painting, and CCTV upgrades. Work must keep the vehicle repair bays operational during normal business hours, with some weekend work required. Bidders must submit electronic bids, a 5 % bid bond, and be prepared to furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price within ten days of award.
