Description
The Wise County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is requesting qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for comprehensive professional engineering services supporting the JJ Kelly Site Development Project. The scope includes site preparation, grading, stormwater management, earthwork, erosion and sediment control, seeding, and obtaining environmental permits to enable potential single‑ or multi‑family housing development. This effort will lay the groundwork for residential construction and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide design and engineering for site grading and earthwork.
• Develop stormwater management plans and erosion control measures.
• Secure environmental permitting and oversee related compliance activities.
• Conduct site preparation tasks including seeding and land stabilization.
• Deliver all deliverables to support housing development on the JJ Kelly site.
