Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking qualified proposers to provide specialized Panel Member Services to the County Equity Oversight Panel (CEOP). The CEOP is responsible for investigating and designating complaints under the County Policy of Equity. Proposers must have at least 5 years of experience in employment laws, personnel and employment investigations, and demonstrate expertise in implicit bias, cultural literacy, and competency. The contract term will be one year with six optional one-year extension periods.
• The Proposer must complete and submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes background information, references, and proof of insurability and licenses.
• The County will conduct a review of the SOQs and select proposers that meet the minimum mandatory requirements.
• The selected proposers will be recommended for a Master Agreement, which will be executed by the Department.
• The contract will include terms and conditions, including indemnification and insurance provisions.
