Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, intends to award a sole source procurement for a fixed-price base plus four additional option years contract for Scout WoundVision software subscription and hardware support services. The contract will include OEM subscription access, application and technical support, factory-authorized updates, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts, labor, and remote telephone support for the Scout WoundVision System. The required subscription and services are proprietary to WoundVision, and the software is only accessible through the OEM.
• The contract has a base year and four option years, with the base year starting on December 15, 2025, and ending on December 14, 2026.
• The option years will start on December 15 of each subsequent year and end on December 14 of the following year.
• The contract includes Scout WoundVision software subscription and hardware support services, including OEM subscription access and technical support.
• The contract requires that all replacement parts and software be certified new from WoundVision.
• Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than December 01, 2025.
