Description
The Clinton Community Schools are seeking bids for the David P. Pray Preschool Roof Repairs project. The project involves repairing the roof of the preschool building, and separate prime contractors will be utilized. The Owner will award contracts on or about May 18, 2026, to separate prime contractors for separate bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions.
• The bid proposals must be received prior to 11:00 AM on May 14, 2026.
• A pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be conducted on May 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
• All questions regarding the bidding procedures, design, and drawing/specification intent must be directed to the Construction Manager.
• A Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid shall accompany each proposal or proposal combination.
