Description
The Judicial Council of California is conducting market research to identify a software solution that can replace the current SAP Solution Manager (including ChaRM) across all California state courts. The desired platform must support transport and change management, integrate with ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, and enable migration of documentation to SharePoint, while meeting SAP S/4HANA compatibility, Azure AD SSO, and API requirements. Vendors are asked to provide a high‑level architecture description, pricing model, migration approach, and references.
• Replace SAP Solution Manager components (Transport, Change Management, Incident Management, Document Management) with a modern solution (preferably ServiceNow).
• Ensure seamless integration with existing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, SharePoint) and compliance with SAP S/4HANA 2023 and Azure AD.
• Provide migration methodology, licensing/price guidance, and reference projects; all responses become public record.
