Description
The project involves selective roof overlay and full roof replacement areas at the Transportation Cabinet Office Building in Frankfort, Kentucky. The work includes installing a cold-applied 2-ply modified bitumen membrane over 1/2" cover board, removing and reconstructing existing roof deck and substrate assemblies, and installing new pre-finished metal coping caps and stainless steel expansion joint flashings. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend a site visit on 6/9/2026.
• The project requires electronic bid submission through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
• Bidders must register in the Vendor Self Service (VSS) system at least 24-48 hours before the bid closing date.
• The bid closing date is 07/02/2026 at 13:30.
• A public bid reading will be held by conference call on the bid opening date at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
