Captive/Microcaptive Insurance Consulting Services

The Franchise Tax Board is seeking a vendor to provide Captive/Microcaptive Insurance Consulting Services. The selected vendor will be required to provide expert reports and conduct evaluations of captive/microcaptive insurance programs. The vendor must have experience in providing consulting services and must meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing expert reports on captive/microcaptive insurance programs • Conducting evaluations of captive/microcaptive insurance programs • Having experience in providing consulting services • Meeting the requirements outlined in the RFP • Providing a list of prior evaluations for each proposed Key Staff member • Including a section titled "Prior Evaluations List" in each Key Staff member's resume The scope of work for this project includes several phases, including an intake assessment, conflict of interest assessment, and production of expert reports. The vendor must also adhere to the confidentiality requirements outlined in the RFP.
