Logicare Discharge Instruction Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs is announcing its intent to exercise contract options for the Logicare Discharge Instruction Program. The program provides software licenses for LOGICARE's Patient Instructions software, including remote implementation, testing, maintenance, and training. The software is compatible with VISTA/CPRS and is used throughout the VA network. The contractor, LOGICARE Corp., is the sole source for purchasing and deploying the software. The contract period is from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027, including options for OY3 and OY4. • The software license is for unlimited workstations within ED. • The software is compatible with Vista/CPRS. • 24/7 user support is provided. • The contractor will provide remote implementation, testing, maintenance, and training. • The contract is for a period of one year, with options for extension.
