Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking a service agreement for the maintenance of the Leico Aperio CS eSlide Manager Production Application and separate Test Application to support ePathology. The agreement will be for a period of 3 years, with a basic period of 12 months and 2 option periods of 12 months each. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing software updates, phone and email support, and ensuring that the software remains current with the latest technology and upgrades. The CDC intends to award a sole source contract to Leica Microsystems, Inc., as they are the original developer and sole authorized maintainer of the Aperio CS laboratory equipment.
