Spokane VA Asbestos Inspection/Abatement Services

The Spokane VA Medical Center requires asbestos management services, including semi-annual surveillance and triennial reinspections of asbestos-containing materials, independent oversight of asbestos abatement projects, and pre-construction asbestos surveys for renovation and small-scale projects. The contractor will provide sampling and assessment of building materials to determine asbestos content and condition, periodic surveillance and reinspections of asbestos-containing materials, and oversight of asbestos abatement activities. • The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The contractor will perform tasks such as asbestos management, abatement oversight, and pre-construction asbestos surveys. • The contractor will provide reports in an editable electronic format within specified timeframes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable worksite procedures, safety requirements, and access restrictions when performing abatement monitoring activities.
