J--Intent to Award Notice - Urgent Repair of Wells #3 and #5 (Dexter, NM)

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Acquisition & Property Management intends to award a sole source contract to COATS PUMP & SUPPLY INC for urgent repairs to Wells #3 and #5 at the Southwestern Native Aquatic Resource and Recovery Center in New Mexico. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. • The contract is for urgent repairs to Wells #3 and #5. • Interested parties can submit a statement of capabilities if they believe they can meet the requirement. • Capability statements must be submitted in writing and contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
