Documentation and analyses required to satisfy the “hard look” requirements of the State Environmental Quality Review Act

The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) is seeking up to four contractors to provide environmental‑compliance, site‑planning, and technical support services needed for its school‑construction capital projects. The work is “as‑needed” and focuses on satisfying the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) “hard look” requirements, producing site acquisition maps, supporting early‑work civil engineering tasks, and reviewing CEQR guidance to identify efficiencies. Each contract may last up to three years with no renewal option.
