City-Wide Elevator Maintenance

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking a respondent to provide city-wide elevator maintenance services. The selected respondent will perform monthly inspections, routine and emergency maintenance, and repair of five elevators located in three different facilities. The respondent will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the work. The contract will commence on February 15, 2026, and will have a term of three years with two one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the City Manager. • The respondent will be responsible for maintaining a parts inventory and providing reports detailing the last 12 months of repair, completed maintenance procedures, and service call history for the units. • The respondent will be required to conduct annual no-load tests and perform a full load, full speed test of safety mechanisms every five years. • The respondent will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with applicable safety and health standards. • The respondent will be required to provide proof of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the term of the contract.
