Description
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure Motorized Pole Camera Systems. The required equipment includes a 22’ HD Motorized Inspection System with IR Zoom Camera, a 7” Rugged Tablet, and various accessories. The contract duration is 1 year. The bidder must submit a Manufacturer Authorization Letter if they are not the original equipment manufacturer.
• The system must include a 22’ HD Motorized Inspection System with IR Zoom Camera without Audio
• The system must include a 7” Rugged Tablet with a Removable 32GB uSD Card
• The system must include a Power Supply, USB Cable, (2) Tablet Batteries, Dual Bay Tablet Battery Charger, Tablet Pole Mount, Table Handstrap, HD Handle, Handle Battery Charger with Power Supply, (2) Extended Batteries for the Handle
• The system must include a 22” System Motorized Pole in a Soft Carry Case measuring 86”x8”x2”
• The system must include an Infrared Illuminated 10x Zoom Day/Night Camera
• The system must include a Cable to Hard Wire the Tablet to the Handle
• The system must include a Hard Carry Case measuring 24”x19”x9”
• The system must have a 1-year limited warranty against factory defects
