6640--ATR-FTIR Spectrophotometer

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified vendors to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for an ATR-FTIR Spectrophotometer. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to identify capable sources and gather market research for an anticipated requirement. Vendors must provide complete responses to all required items, including country of manufacture, business size, and authorization letters. • The ATR-FTIR Spectrophotometer is for analytical laboratory instrument manufacturing. • Vendors must provide documentation supporting compliance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) if applicable. • Vendors must provide a current OEM authorization letter verifying that they are an authorized distributor/reseller. • Vendors must provide information on their business size, UEI, and CAGE code. • Vendors must identify whether they qualify as a Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, or 8(a) firm.
