Description
The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking bids for the renovation of a research laboratory and the construction of a Conex box at CoopEx Clark. The project is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated cost range is $270,000 to $360,000 for the laboratory renovation and $130,000 to $170,000 for the Conex box construction. The work is scheduled to begin on August 24, 2026, and shall be fully complete by November 27, 2026.
• The project requires commercial general liability, business automobile liability, workers' compensation, pollution liability, builder's risk, and contractors equipment insurance.
• A mandatory pre-bid job walk will be held on July 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM (PT).

• The project is subject to liquidated damages of $500 per day for the laboratory renovation and $250 per day for the Conex box construction.
