Apalachicola Pile Wrapping

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to perform pile wrapping services at the Apalachicola National Water Level Observing Network (NWLON) measurement station. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and documenting existing platform piles, and installing a Pile Wrap System for the four-pile wood platform. The expected completion date is within 90 days after award. The contractor must provide all labor and materials for the inspection and re-plumbing/straightening of the platform piles, and the installation of a Pile Wrap System. • The contractor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. • The contractor must include a completed Past Performance Reference form with their quote. • The contractor must acknowledge any Solicitation Amendments (SF-30) and include them with their quote. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award.
