This solicitation seeks qualified trade contractors to participate in the CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project for Downtown Crossing (DTX) and Central Square station accessibility upgrades. The work includes installing three new elevators, replacing an existing outbound platform elevator, and upgrading related building systems to meet modern accessibility and code standards.
