RFQ for On-Call Engineering Design Services

The County of Yuba is seeking on-call engineering design services for various projects through the 2025-2028 construction seasons. The selected consultant will provide on-call services to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for drainage, roadway, and bridge projects. The consultant will also provide technical specifications, surveying and base mapping, hydrology and hydraulic studies, utility relocations, bidding assistance, and construction support. The County will award at least one contract with a maximum aggregate contract total of $6,000,000. The consultant must have experience with similar projects and must meet all federal and state requirements. • The consultant will provide on-call services for a period of 3 years. • The consultant will prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for various projects. • The consultant will provide technical specifications and surveying and base mapping services. • The consultant will perform hydrology and hydraulic studies and utility relocations. • The consultant will provide bidding assistance and construction support. • The consultant must have experience with similar projects. • The consultant must meet all federal and state requirements.
