Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract value. Based on the facility size (~5,000 sq ft), annual tonnage (≈ 1,500 tons of mixed materials), and typical industry fees (facility usage fee $2,000‑$5,000 /month plus per‑ton processing rates of $30‑$80), an annual contract value is likely in the $400k‑$1.5 million range. Including optional revenue‑sharing and additional material streams could push the upper bound toward $2 million over the three‑year base term. Therefore a reasonable estimate is $500,000 – $2,000,000 for the entire contract period.
