Lubricants and Oil Sampling

The City of El Paso is seeking a lubricant analysis laboratory to provide a comprehensive, regular analysis of used oils and fluids to ensure optimal integrity of their vehicles. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for multiple years, with a maximum expenditure of $49,999.99 per annum or an aggregate of $100,000 for multiple years. The successful bidder will be required to provide a copy of their company's organization certificate and a DBA certificate if using a trade name.
