Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the emergency generator and electrical infrastructure upgrade at the Baraga Correctional Facility. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, and for construction administration services, including field inspection and office services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects, and must possess a license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The project includes phases such as preliminary design, final design, construction administration, and field inspection services.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects, sites, and clients.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology.
• The contractor must provide a budget analysis and identify any potential risks or issues.
• The contractor must provide references and a list of key personnel.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wages, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.
