AVIA ITB 26-15 Concourse E Phase 10 Addition

The project involves a single-story addition to Concourse E at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The addition will be a shell space to be leased to a tenant or stakeholder for the final buildout. The base bid includes a 4,350 square feet addition and associated site work, with add alternates to increase the total square feet, include interior finishes, and add interior walls. The scopes of work included in this project are selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, metal decking, miscellaneous steel fabrications, rough carpentry, PVC roofing and sheet metal, insulated core metal wall panels, waterproofing, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, glazing, non-structural framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, sheet carpeting, resilient base and accessories, painting, pre-engineered interior wall panel systems, resinous terrazzo flooring, signage, wall protective coverings, corner guards, fire protection specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire sprinkler, telecommunications, and pavement markings. • The project requires a pre-bid meeting and site tour, which will be held on November 20, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. ET. • The bid opening will be held on December 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET via Microsoft Teams. • All ITB activity will take place through the Bid Portal. • The commodity codes for this project are 90910, 90911, 90924, 91428, 91468, and 96861.
