Notice of Intent Brand Name Only Resuscitation Education and Innovation

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with RQI Partners, LLC for resuscitation education and innovation services. The contract will include day-to-day and implementation support services, equipment maintenance, and warranty for 2050 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) mobile testing stations. The services will support the VA's national program for providing mandatory resuscitation education and training to clinical and non-clinical employees. The program aims to minimize instructor-led training and implement a self-directed, digital platform for resuscitation education. • The contract will include support for 2050 Mobile CPR Testing Stations with Laerdal QCPR Adult and QCPR Infant manikins. • The contract will provide continued access to the RQI 1Stop digital platform and electronic licenses for education. • The contract will include instructor materials and digital curriculum updates. • The contract will support a wide range of training, including Responder, HeartSaver, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
