National Cemetery Administration - Quarterly Floor Cleaning Solicitation - Willamette National Cemetery

The National Cemetery Administration is seeking a contractor to provide quarterly floor cleaning services at the Willamette National Cemetery. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months with two option years. The contractor must have experience in large-scale commercial or government facilities and must be certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) or equivalent. The contractor must also have a quality control program in place to ensure that the services are performed in accordance with the contract requirements. Some key tasks include: • Quarterly hard floor maintenance: cleaning, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing of ceramic tile floors • Quarterly carpet restorative cleaning: deep cleaning of carpets to remove embedded soil • Moving of chairs, trash receptacles, and other items to clean floors and carpets underneath • Use of environmentally friendly cleaning products and equipment • Compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
