Description
The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for performing semi-annual preventive maintenance services, including inspection, maintenance, and component replacement. The contractor must also provide trained technicians, tools, and testing equipment to perform the services. The contract includes a pricing schedule with estimated quantities and ceiling prices for each category of service. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing preventive maintenance services for UPS systems
• Performing semi-annual maintenance tasks

• Properly disposing of toxic and hazardous substances
