Babcock Park - Concession Stand Roof Structure Replacement

The City of Hialeah is seeking a contractor to perform structural repairs and remodeling of two public restrooms at Babcock Park. The project includes demolition and replacement of the roof's structural components, lath-and-plaster work, and construction of a new partition wall. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in construction, structural repair, or facility remodeling services and must submit proof of a valid building contractor license or general contractor license. • The project requires the demolition and replacement of the roof's structural components, including trusses, beams, and roof decking. • The contractor must install new wire lath/mesh at the exterior fascia, soffit, and interior ceiling areas and apply new plaster finish. • The contractor must construct a new demising/partition wall to separate the two bathroom facilities. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including the Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade County standards. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with the minimum required insurances.
